From the Pastor

Dear Parishioner of Saint James,

Realizing that everything we have is a gift from God, we are striving at Saint James to become a parish community truly committed to stewardship as a way of life. Once we accept that God is the gift of all gifts, and that we hold them not absolutely but as his stewards, we become more willing to share those gifts freely and gratefully.  Stewardship changes lives, and it is changing the life of our parish.  We offer our gifts because we need to make a return to the Lord for all we have been given.  We actively seek opportunities to share our time and talents and treasure with others.

Saint James Parish invites you to discover the joys of stewardship through sharing, giving, volunteering and belonging.  These pages are intended to give you an idea of all that happens to make Saint James the vibrant Christ-centered parish it is.  Accept the call and the challenges to be faithful to Jesus and his Church.  Share your time and your talents with us as we seek to be renewed in faith and grow together in Christ.

Sincerely in Christ,

(Rev.) Edward J. Hanlon
